How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?
Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and order size. The exact cost and estimated arrival date are calculated at checkout, so you’ll have all the details before placing your order.
What if my puzzle was damaged during shipping?
We’re sorry if your puzzle didn’t arrive in perfect condition—that’s not the Final Piece Feeling we want you to have! If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll arrange for a quick replacement.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your puzzle. If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as the puzzle is unopened and in its original condition. Reach out to us and we’ll help you get started.

Where are your puzzles made?
All puzzles are proudly printed and assembled in Indiana where every step—from printing to cutting, bagging, and boxing—takes place.
Do your puzzles have glare?
No. We use a satin finish that balances low glare with vibrant, rich colors under any light.
What size are your puzzles when finished?
Each puzzle measures 19.25 × 26.625 inches, a standard size that fits most puzzle frames and tables.
Do you include a poster or reference image?
Yes. Every puzzle includes a full-color 9 × 13 inch poster, and the front of the box also shows the complete image.
How are your puzzles packaged?
Each puzzle comes in a sturdy, display-worthy box. The box is shrink-wrapped, and the pieces are sealed in a compostable bag for protection.
What is your “Top-Quality Blue Board” and why is it important?
We use premium blue puzzle board made in the Netherlands from 100% recycled paper. It resists warping, cuts cleanly, and creates sturdy, tight-fitting pieces you can even lift in sections.
How are the puzzle pieces cut?
Our puzzles use a random ribbon cut, meaning each piece is unique while still fitting together in a smooth, satisfying flow. It’s the perfect balance between challenge and fun.
Do the pieces fit tightly?
Yes. Thanks to the premium blue board, the pieces interlock with a satisfying snap, allowing you to lift sections—or even the finished puzzle—without it falling apart.
What piece counts do you offer?
We currently offer 1,000-piece puzzles—the most popular size among puzzlers. Select 500-piece editions will be added soon.
Are all the pieces unique?
Yes. Our random ribbon cut ensures every piece shape is unique, avoiding frustrating duplicates or false fits.
Do your puzzles have puzzle dust?
We minimize puzzle dust by cleaning and shaking pieces before bagging. While some dust is inevitable, our puzzles arrive clean and ready to enjoy.

Yes. Every design is created exclusively for Final Piece Puzzles in collaboration with talented artists worldwide.
Do you use AI in your designs?
AI is used as a creative tool—like Photoshop or Illustrator—but every concept, prompt, and refinement comes from the artist. All artwork is polished by hand to ensure authenticity, balance, and puzzle-friendly detail.

What are your sustainability practices?
We use FSC-certified paper, recycled cardboard, and biodegradable piece bags. All cutting scraps are recycled, and our puzzles are built to last so they can be enjoyed for years to come.

Contact us with a photo showing the missing spot and we’ll send a replacement piece.
